Why Your Investment Matters
Your investment empowers us to build stronger, more equitable communities across Florida and beyond. Together we can ensure opportunity for all citizens who work to make a difference.
Working Families Need Help
It’s almost twice as expensive to rent an apartment as it was in 2000. (And that’s adjusted for inflation too.)
Affordable Housing is Disappearing
Crucial government subsidies are expiring and low income programs are not accepting applications.
Communities Will Thrive
Studies show that when people have access to affordable housing the economy benefits as a whole and families flourish.
Executive Summary
Unite Housing collaborates with mission-aligned investors by raising debt capital to acquire market-rate multifamily properties and convert them to affordable housing. Leveraging our nonprofit, Unite Housing works with local governments to reduce operating expenses, stabilize rents, and foster community cohesion. This approach ensures the preservation of affordable housing within these properties in perpetuity, while providing investors with market-rate interest returns.
INNOVATION AND PRESERVATION
Social Impact Note
Your investment supports affordable housing. Earn interest on your investment while we put your capital to work improving communities. Unite Housing is launching a social impact note with the mission of preserving and expanding access to affordable housing in underserved communities. Through flexible, community-aligned capital, we acquire and retain multifamily properties, ensuring long-term affordability and stability for low- to moderate-income residents.
The note will be offered under Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) and hosted on the Invown platform, allowing everyday and sophisticated investors to participate in mission-driven real estate investing at entry points as low as $100. Our business plan calls for expanding into further Reg D, 506(B) and 506(C) offerings as well.

What are the investment limits for non-accredited investors in Reg CF offerings?
The investment limit for non-accredited investors in Reg CF offerings depends on the investor’s income and net worth. If either the investor’s annual income or net worth is less than $124,000, then during any 12-month period, they can invest up to the greater of either $2,500 or 5% of the greater of their annual income or net worth. If both their annual income and their net worth are equal to or more than $124,000, then during any 12-month period, they can invest up to 10% of their annual income or net worth, whichever is greater, but not an amount that exceeds $124,000.
